Minimal Python version is now Python 3.10 (Python 11 recommended)
Minimal PostgreSQL version is now PostgreSQL 14 (PostgreSQL 15 recommended)
Debian 11 support was dropped. If you are still on Debian 11, ugrade it to Debian 12 BEFORE upgrading Pontoon.
The

setting was renamed toENABLE_INSIGHTS

Python 3.12 and Ubuntu 24.04 are now supported.
